Aurum Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates StickyPro, a Discord bot service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use StickyPro.

• Guild (Server) IDs: To identify which servers use the bot
• Channel IDs: To know where sticky messages should be posted
• Message Content: The text and embed data you create for sticky messages
• User IDs: For rate limiting, session management, and permission verification
• Message IDs: To track and manage sticky message posts
• Configuration Settings: Your chosen modes, intervals, cooldowns, and other settings

2.2 Data NOT Collected

We do NOT collect:

• Direct messages or private conversations
• Message content from channels (except sticky messages you explicitly create)
• Personal information beyond Discord IDs
• Voice or video data
• Payment information (service is free)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Provide the Service: Post and manage sticky messages as configured
• Maintain Functionality: Store your sticky message settings and content
• Prevent Abuse: Implement rate limiting and security measures
• Improve Performance: Monitor bot performance and optimize operations
• Generate Statistics: Display aggregate statistics (total servers, users, active stickies)

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage

• Data is securely stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our infrastructure
• We apply security measures to prevent SQL injection attacks
• Session data is automatically invalidated after 15 minutes of inactivity

4.2 Security Measures

We implement:

• Input validation and sanitization
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Session timeout mechanisms
• Guild ownership validation
• Secure database practices

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

• Active Data: Sticky message data is retained as long as the bot remains in your server
• Deleted Stickies: When you delete a sticky message, its data is permanently removed from our database
• Server Removal: When StickyPro is removed from a server, all associated data may be retained for operational purposes but will no longer be actively used

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for marketing purposes
• Provide your data to other users

We may share data only:

• If required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights or safety
• With your explicit consent

7. Third-Party Services

StickyPro interacts with:

• Discord: We operate through Discord's platform and are subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
• Better Uptime: We use Better Uptime for monitoring (API calls only, no user data shared)

• Deletion: Delete sticky messages at any time through the dashboard
• Removal: Remove the bot from your server to stop data collection

9. Children's Privacy

StickyPro does not knowingly collect information from users under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Discord's Terms of Service prohibit users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

Your data may be stored and processed in any country where we operate. By using StickyPro, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your residence, which may have different data protection laws.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of StickyPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Bot Permissions

StickyPro requires the following Discord permissions:

• View Channels: To access channels where stickies are configured
• Send Messages: To post sticky messages
• Manage Messages: To delete old sticky messages when reposting
• Use Slash Commands: To provide the dashboard interface

We only use these permissions for intended bot functionality.

13. Analytics and Statistics

We collect aggregate, anonymous statistics including:

• Total number of servers using the bot
• Total number of users across all servers
• Number of active sticky messages
• Bot uptime percentage

These statistics are displayed publicly on our website and contain no personally identifiable information.
