1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting StickyPro to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

StickyPro is a Discord bot that provides sticky message functionality, allowing server administrators to create and manage messages that automatically repost to stay visible in channels. The service includes:

• Text and embed message creation
• Multi-channel sticky message deployment
• Multiple posting modes (always on top, message count-based, time interval-based)
• Dashboard control via slash commands
• Up to 100 sticky messages per server

3. Eligibility and Permissions

• You must have "Manage Server" permissions in a Discord server to configure StickyPro
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Discord and this bot

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use StickyPro to:

• Post content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Share illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the bot's functionality
• Use the bot for any automated or unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Service Availability

• StickyPro is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• While we strive for high reliability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime

6. Data and Privacy

• StickyPro stores only the data necessary to provide its service (see Privacy Policy)
• You are responsible for the content you create using the bot
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Limitations of Liability

• StickyPro and Aurum Studio are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• We are not responsible for content created by users
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or errors
• Use of this service is at your own risk

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify bot features, commands, or functionality
• Update these Terms of Service at any time
• Change service limitations or restrictions
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms
• Remove the bot from servers that misuse the service
• Ban users or servers from using StickyPro

You may terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server.

10. Free Service

• StickyPro is currently provided free of charge
• We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future
• Free access to current features may be modified or restricted

11. Support

For support, questions, or concerns:

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aurum Studio operates.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurum Studio regarding StickyPro.
